FRAZIER, Mrs. Patricia Ann (Gilcrest) - Age 55, transitioned to her Heavenly Home, Thursday, September 27, 2012. Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2012 at 2nd Chance Baptist Church, 1950 Burr Ave., Flint, MI. Afterwhich, Mrs. Frazier will be taken to: Jackson and Highley Funeral Home, 126 Panama Rd., West Helena, Arkansas. (870) 572-2111. Homegoing Celebration will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012 at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church in West Helena, Arkansas. There will be no public viewing.
Mrs. Patricia Ann Gilcrest-Frazier was born October 11, 1956 the daughter of Earl and Dollie Gilcrest. Patricia earned a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University in 1994. She was the current Director of Learning Support Services for Flint Community Schools and touched many students’ lives during her tenure as a teacher and administrator.
She is survived by: her husband, Jeffery L. Frazier; daughter, Whitney S. Frazier, J.D.; brothers, Earl (Betty) Gilcrest and Aonie (Frances) Gilcrest, all of Flint, MI; four sisters, Dorothy G. Smith of Helena-West Helena, Vernetta (Roosevelt) Sanders of Conway, AR, Ramona (Gregory) Coleman of Fort Wayne, IN and Emma L. (Daron) Watson of Little Rock, AR; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family members and friends.
Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Dollie Gilcrest; siblings, George, Doris and Lavera Jackson.
