BANKICS, Dale J. – of Burton, age 56, passed away May 21, 2015 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Ken Frye officiating. Burial will be 11 AM Monday, June 1, 2015 at Christian Memorial Gardens West in Rochester Hills. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM – 2 PM & 5-8 PM. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Michigan Audubon Society.
Dale was born in Flint, MI on October 8, 1958, son of the late Elmer and Lillian (Mendryga) Bankics. Dale married Krystal Farra on July 9, 1982. He worked for ZF Lemforder in Lapeer.
Dale is survived by wife, Krystal; children, Shaylynn (Steven) Lee and Sarah (fiancé Ryan Bongiorno) Bankics; grandchildren, Bailey, Addison, Maggie and Sasha, the good dog; sisters, Marian (Phil) Torok and Dawn Coleman; sister-in-law, Sharon (Dave) Allen; brother-in-law, Kenny (Verna) Mullins; many nieces and nephews.
