DAUP, Carol - Of Grand Blanc, age 69, died Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Fostrian Manor.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1pm Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton, MI, Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Contributions may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society or MDS Foundation.
Visitation 12pm Wednesday at church until the time of the Mass.
Carol was born in Wausau, Wisconsin on June 10, 1948, the daughter of the late Roman and Helen (Lang) Kurtzweil. On August 16, 1974, she married William Daup III. Carol was a Certified Nurses Assistant and retired from McLaren-Flint. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and attended church with her grandchildren.
Surviving are husband, William Earl III;
sons, Joel Weyh, Ryan (Angela), Scott and Corey (Misty);
7 grandchildren, Alex, Brendon, Scott Jr., Makenna, Nicholas, Jacob and Maverick;
4 brothers, Gary (Patty) Kurtzweil, Jeff (Sue) Kurtzweil, Wayne (Mary) Kurtzweil and Chrys (Lori) Kurtzweil;
and special friends, Gary and Carleen Marsh.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Michelle Griffin (Weyh) and sister, Charlene Summers.
