STRIGGOW, DENISE JEAN – Of Clio, age 68, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at McLaren-Flint.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
Memorial Visitation 11 am - 2 pm Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Denise was born in Flint, Michigan on May 24, 1956, the daughter of the late Donald A. and Dorothy J. (Klida) Williams.
She was an avid member of the Clio Eagles, where she volunteered with funeral dinners and fundraisers.
She loved to cook, loved adventure, especially traveling. Denise would try anything once. She always had a beautiful smile.
Surviving are daughters, Heather (Eric Bauman) Miller,
Kristi Kallio;
step-daughter, Alaina (Tom) Perry, Erica (Justin) Muehlhauser;
fiancé William Fowler;
grandchildren, Samantha (Jeff Hodge) Miller, Mark Miller III, Donald (Meghan) Asbury, Tayler (Tyler) Hetzer, Noah Kallio-Nickels, Jayson Perry, Daphne (Jakeb) Weisner, Ethan Muehlhauser and Landyn Muehlhauser;
great-grandchildren, Coraline, Raelyn, Olivia, Kinslee and Paislee;
siblings, Dianne and David (Kim).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Timm Striggow and sister, Debbie.
