Mayme Nell Teer, age 86, Passed away peacefully at home, November 1, 2016. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mayme loved her children and devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed cooking and planning family events. She loved nature and saw beauty in trees and plants. She lived each day with much grace and saw the best in others. Mayme cared deeply about people, making sure everyone was happy. She will be greatly missed by her family and forever in their hearts. She is survived by her husband, Bill, whom she was married to for 63 years. Her children, Susan and husband Ray Svejcara of Linden; Bill Teer and wife Susan; Jane Teer of Grand Blanc; and Mary and husband Gary Ferrell of Maryland; 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ethyl and Edward Dockery; 2 sisters and 4 brothers. A private family graveside service has been held. |
