RYE, Bryan David - Of Royal Oak, age 61, died Monday, April 15, 2019
at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
Funeral service will be held 11am Saturday, April 20, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Father David Harvey officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to ACPMP Research Foundation.
Visitation 3-8pm Friday and 9am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Bryan was born in Flint on February 19, 1958, the son of David and Camilla (Schmidlin) Rye. Bryan was a Golf Pro at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club and was a member of the PGA since 1983. Bryan was an avid MSU fan. He loved sports and grilling. Bryan was an example of what a proper gentleman should be and was a wonderful father and a beloved uncle.
Surviving are daughter, Allison (Adam) Van Horn;
son, Alexander;
parents, David and Camilla Rye;
sister, Kimberly (Ted) Woods;
and loving dog, Oliver.
