LEDUC, Anthony G. “Tony” – of Clio, age 83, died on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at his home with family by his side. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Friday, October 30, 2020 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Mt. Morris. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 12PM until 6PM, and Friday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Tony was born January 17, 1937 in Flint, Michigan to the late William and Mary (Dowd) LeDuc. He graduated from Clio High School in 1955. Tony married Esther Stafford on February 18, 1956, they enjoyed 64 years together. Mr. LeDuc was a lineman with Michigan Bell for 30 years before retiring in 1986. He was a member of SS. Charles and Helena Catholic Church in Clio. Tony enjoyed restoring International Tractors, playing the banjo and bluegrass music, running his sawmill, and shooting his .22 rifle. He loved attending the tractor show in Oakley every year with his granddaughter, Kaitlin.
Surviving are: Loving wife, Esther LeDuc; Daughters: Terri (Rick) Marlow, and Carol (Jeff) Hennells; Grandchildren: Crystal West, Craig (Jen) LeDuc, Joshua (Nicole) LeDuc, Heather LeDuc (Jordan Wentworth), Kaitlin LeDuc (Derek Hope), and Samantha Hennells; Great grandchildren: Breonna West, Landon West, Ella West, Major LeDuc, Easton LeDuc, Brooklyn LeDuc, Harper Wentworth, and Oakley Hope; Many cousins, other loving family members and dear friends.
