Stella Mary Mislik
Age 96 of Flushing passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Union Court Assisted Living in Chesaning.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at St. Michael Catholic Church of Maple Grove in New Lothrop. Burial will follow at New Calvary Cemetery in Flint. The family will receive friends at the church that morning from 9:00am until the Mass.
Stella was born on March 24, 1924 to Jacob and Mary (Kwasniak) Byrski in Flint. She married Walter Mislik on August 30, 1943; they celebrated 38 years of marriage before he predeceased her in 1981.
Stella is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Louis) Quaderer; her sons, Gary (Nancy) Mislik and Danny (Denise) Mislik; her grandchildren, Jody, Jamie, and Holly Childrey; her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Kayla, Ariana, and Garret; and her special niece, Marlene Montini.
She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Mislik; her parents; her brothers, Edward, Henry, and Steve Byrski; her sister, Frances Lewandowski; and her beloved grandson, Jason Mislik.
