COMPTON, Anthony E. - Of Flint, age 53, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 7pm Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Private burial at Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 5pm Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Anthony was born in Flint on October 2, 1962 the son of Earl and Patricia Compton. Anthony was the owner of Tonei’s Comics in Clio and was very involved with the Michigan Wrestling Organization as Dr. Tonei Black. He was a drummer for many Christian rock bands in the area. He loved his nieces and nephews, Bethany Rock, Matthew and wife Alyssa Rock and Drayton Rock.
Surviving are father Earl of Raven, VA;
sister Regina and husband Kevin Rock of Flint Twp;
brother Michael Compton and Kris, Ashley and Kourtney Brown of Flushing;
special aunt Mary and husband Bud Yoder of Flint;
great nieces and nephews Hannah “Stinky”, Breanna, Jackson and Joslyn.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia.
