BERINGER, Donald – of Davison, MI age 79, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at his home. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Davison Free Methodist Church, 502 Church St., Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Shane Bengry officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Davison Free Methodist Church in honor of Donald.
Donald was born in Flint, Michigan on June 14,1945, son of John and Audrey Beringer. He married Juanita on May 22, 1971 in Burton, Michigan. Donald proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and later enjoyed a fulfilling career at General Motors, retiring after 30 years of dedicated service. He had a passion for the outdoors, relishing activities like walking, camping, fishing, and woodworking. A faithful member of the Davison Free Methodist Church, Donald also contributed his time and care as the church custodian for seven years.
Donald is survived by loving wife of 53 years, Juanita Beringer; brother, Dennis (Pam) Beringer; grandchildren: Andrew Eppler, Brandon Eppler, Jacobe Costello, Emilee Beringer, and Joshua Beringer; son-in-law, Arron Eppler; daughter-in-law, Jessica Beringer; several nieces and nephews and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by both parents and his children: Heather Eppler and David Beringer.
