Rahn, Stephen R. born February 6, 1948 from Grand Blanc surrounded by loved ones passed away Saturday, October 5th, 2019. Stephen was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where he was a graduate of Portsmouth High School and then went on to attend college at Bowling Green in Ohio. After completing college, Stephen moved to Michigan where he became a lifelong resident. Stephen pursued a career in sales and was very successful. After 30 years of dedication Stephen retired from the sales industry. and became a small business owner in the Grand Blanc area. Stephen is survived by his loving wife Maryann of 29 years, his beautiful Portuguese water dog, Abbie, his sister Catherine Youngs of New Hampshire, his loving Niece and Nephew Patrick and Shannon Laskowski of Mayville, Michigan, as well as many other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents John Rahn and Jeanette Lachance, his brother Anthony Rahn, and brother Kenneth Rahn. Maryann would like to extend a very special thank you to Patrick and Shannon Laskowski as well as Janet Lamek for all their love and support. Also, a special thank you to Lisa Hodgeson for taking care of their beloved dog Abbie. A celebration of Stephen's life will be held at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road Flint, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday October 9th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Thursday, October 10th from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm with a service to follow.
