PARKER, Nancy Jane - Age 67, of Belleview, FL, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Friday, September 4, 2015. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Tuesday, September 8 at Sharp Funeral Homes, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. No formal services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Hospice.
Nancy was born September 14, 1947 in Flint, the daughter of Edgar and Florine (Finch) Couture. She married Norwood Parker March 5, 1966 and he preceded her in death on September 15, 2008. She had worked at Kmart for many years. She loved riding her motorcycle and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Nancy is survived by her two children, Casey (Maura Pedroza) of Mexicali, Mexico, Clarissa of Swartz Creek; three grandchildren, Ryan, Nicholas and Alixjandra; sisters, Pat (Wayne) Brown of Belleview, FL, Peggy Erickson of Maple City; brothers, Bo (Redith) Couture of Georgetown, KY, Duff (Melody) Couture of Swartz Creek; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norwood; daughter, Teri; two sisters, Tootie Hare and Susie Thomas.
