Trzil, Karen L. of Lennon, age 61, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at her home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, at Rossell Funeral Home. Pastor John Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at Lovejoy Cemetery, Durand. Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday until time of the service. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Karen was born in Flint, MI on October 27, 1953, the daughter of Judson and Dorothy (Innis) Kettle. She married Bruce Alan Trzil in Las Vegas, NV on December 27, 2011. Karen was the Sr. Purchasing Officer at Carl Zeiss Metrology in Brighton. She enjoyed crafts, fishing, and during the summer, camping at Swan Lake.
Karen is survived by her husband, Bruce; four children, Stephen (Amanda) Birchmeier of Louisville, KY, Martin (Renee) Birchmeier of Richland, Eric Birchmeier of Clio, Kevin (Jocelyn) Trzil of Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Judson Kettle, Dennis (Nancy) Kettle; sister, Lisa (Fred) Birchmeier; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents. |
