Sharon Anne Andres
Age 78 of New Lothrop passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Chesaning Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church of Maple Grove. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery. The family will receive friends at McGeehan Funeral Homes New Lothrop Chapel on Wednesday, September 4th from 4:00 to 8:00pm with a Vigil service at 7:00pm, and also at the church on Thursday from 10:00am until the service.
Sharon was born on May 12, 1941 to Raymond and Stella (Wellman) Polak in Saginaw. She married Joseph Andres on February 1, 1964; they celebrated 55 years of marriage this year.
Sharon spent her life as a loving homemaker. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church of Maple Grove. Sharon enjoyed her coffee groups, doing puzzles, and most of all, spending time with her family.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Joe Andres; her children, Deanna Andres, Paul (Joy) Andres, and Julie (Jeff) Goudy; her grandchildren, Allison, Joseph, and Samantha; and her siblings, Denny, Brenda, Carol, and Brent.
She is predeceased by her parents and her infant daughter, Kelly.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Maple Grove Fire Department.
