Wall, Dorothy E. (Koontz) of Grand Blanc Twp. formally of Flint age 94 died March 23, 2013 at her residence. Funeral service will be held 2 pm, Thursday, March 28 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI. Family will receive visitors from 2-6 pm Wednesday, March 27 at Dodds Dumanois and from 1 pm until time of service Thursday. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Fr. Firestone officiating. Dorothy is survived by her son Jerry (Janet) Koontz of Grand Blanc, daughter Jane Congdon (Gary Lloyd) of Texas, 4 grandchildren Kimberly Prindle (Lt. Clinton), Shawn Groves, Bridgett Ives (Tony), Michael Congdon, 9 great grandchildren, step-children Thomas (Terri) Wall Jr and Kathleen West, cousin Mary Margaret Gidcumb, special friends Diane Sanglier and Clementine Willingham, special thanks to her 4 caregivers Natasha Libby, Joelle West, Lenora Hillaker, Amy Palmatier and to the previous owners of Thomas AFC Dave and Nancy Thomas and current owners Cindy Palmateer and Barry Lapeen. Preceded in death by first husband M.O. (Beanie) Koontz, second husband Thomas Wall, 2 sisters Margaret Boyle, Marie Sayan and 1 brother Bernard Maher.
