Matthew Ryan Barron, of Montrose, 46, unexpectedly took leave of this world and went to meet his Lord on May 26, 2020.
Matthew was born March 17,1974 to Robert and Catherine (Diem) Barron. He was a graduate of Hill McCloy High School and will be dearly missed by all those that had the pleasure of knowing him.
Matt was known for his great sense of humor and love of family. He was guaranteed entertainment for all family functions and will always be remembered for his mischievous smile and personality. Matt enjoyed being outdoors and making lasting memories with his boys. He was also an avid fan of the Detroit Lions and Tigers. Matt’s greatest accomplishments, and joy in life, were his 3 sons, Austin, Avery and Ace as well as his beautiful grandson Ryker Lee.
Matt was preceded in death by his best friend, and brother, Bradley Michael Barron. Family and friends are comforted with the knowledge, and faith, that Matthew is rejoicing in heaven with Brad and other loved ones that preceded him.
Surviving are his children, Austin (Kayla Hitsman) Barron, Avery Barron, Ace Barron;
Parents, Robert and Catherine (Diem) Barron; Siblings, Kimberly Barron, Robert Barron, Dawn (David) Elsner and Jason (Angela) Barron and Grandson, Ryker Lee Barron
Matt also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews and special friends that gave him great joy.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial will take place at a later date.
