STEWART, Suzanna J. (St. John) Dotson – of Clio, age 87, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Maple Woods Manor. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be 1:30PM Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Erik Cloeter officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 10AM until time of services at 1:30PM. Burial in W. Vienna Twp. Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church.
Suzanna was born March 3, 1926 in Thetford Twp., MI to the late Edward and Mildred (Briggs) St. John. She graduated in 1943 from Clio High School and resided in Clio, the town she loved. Suzanna worked at the Continental Baking Company in Pine Run and later at Knickerbocker Oldsmobile in Mt. Morris. She enjoyed long walks, the outdoors, playing cards and Yatzee.
Suzanna is survived by: her children, Carol Dotson-Parker of Venice, FL, Wally (Kathy) Dotson of Columbiaville, James (Anita) Dotson of Clio, Kim (John) St. John-Riffle of Alamogordo, NM; Larry Stewart, Dennis Stewart, Nancy Anderson, Robert Stewart, and Sally Edmonds; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
