Indlekofer, Anna M. – of Montrose, age 98, died Thursday, December 8, 2016, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Monday, December 12, 2016, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Pastor Rey Mondragon officiating. Burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Saginaw. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 4-8 PM and on Monday from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Anna was born July 17, 1918 in Clio, Michigan to the late Archibald and Chloe Brown. She had resided in Montrose since 1947. Anna married Alexander McCormic in 1942. He preceded her in 1965. She later married Neil Indlekofer. He also preceded her in death. Anna retired from GM's Saginaw Steering Gear Division. She was a 60 year member of the Burt United Methodist Church. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens and writing poetry.
Surviving are: 3 children: Alice Grisham of Ann Arbor, Terry (Joyce) McCormic of Lady Lake, FL., and Mark (Becky) McCormic of Albuquerque, NM; 2 step-daughters: Catherine (Dick) Aldrich and Sarah Indlekofer; 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
