GREEN, Lorraine M. – Of Grand Blanc, age 95, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc.
Entombment at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Holy Family Catholic School.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial Visitation 12:30 P.M. Saturday at the church until the time of the Memorial Mass.
Lorraine was born in Hoven, South Dakota on October 14, 1919 and was a resident of Grand Blanc for the last 43 years.
She married Roy Green on September 18, 1943 in Los Angeles.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and was an active volunteer for many decades.
Surviving are daughter, Linsey McLean of Piedmont, South Dakota;
three sons, Greg and wife Becky of Goodrich,
Tom and wife Sharon of Swartz Creek and
Ronald of Grand Blanc;
six grandchildren, Amy, Teri, Adam, Matt, Aaron, Emily and Ronald;
two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy, Green on August 22, 1998.
