DAVIS, Eileen Emma – of Clio, age 88, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, March 20, 2020 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Pastor Dean Meadows officiating. The family will receive visitors on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Cremation to follow. Graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Foundation.
Eileen was born October 27, 1931 in Port Huron, Michigan to the late Sherman and Gladys (Trace) Stone. She grew up in Port Huron, Michigan and attended school there. On October 28, 1972 she married Gilbert Davis and he preceded her in death on November 5, 2002. Eileen was a Real Estate Broker with Reality World Gil Davis in Royal Oak, Michigan for several years. She was a member of Red Hats and the American Legion Auxiliary. Eileen enjoyed playing bingo, socializing, and doing crafts. She was a world traveler and loved to spend time with her family. Eileen loved her furry companions Barney and Dodger.
Surviving are: Children, Ellen (Ron) Strang, Robert Nichols, Richard (Dianne) Nichols, Dawn Leonard, Wendy (John) O’Brien, Stephanie (Mike) McKinstry, Lisa Nichols, Cheryl (Ron) Hnizda; Grandchildren, Jennifer, Jenna, Rick, Zeno, Shoo-Shoo, Victoria, Tina, Nicholas, David, Penny, Kimberly, Matthew, Sarah, Brandie, Marie, Anne, Tiffany, Patrick, Natalie; 43 Great Grandchildren; 14 Great-Great Grandchildren; Siblings, Shirley, Barbara, Jenny; several nieces and nephews including devoted nieces Diane and Barbara Roll. She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Gilbert Davis; Daughters, Denise Nichols, Rebecca Nichols; Granddaughter, Angela; Siblings, Delores, Kenneth; Daughter in law, Delores; Son in law, Tom.
