WEATHERWAX, Beverly Jane - 80, of Flint, Michigan died Thursday, November 15, 2018. Services will be held 2 PM Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton with Pastor Mark Cox officiating. Visitation will be held 1:00 PM until service time. Burial will be 11 AM Monday, December 3 at Flint Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Jane was born September 29, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of Amos and Gladys (Long) Newton. She worked as an insurance agent and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, vacationing, cooking, baking, and she loved giving parties for her grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Scott (Kris) Stebbins and Kurt (Anne) Stebbins; three grandchildren, Emma, Zac, and Adam. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Weatherwax; and siblings, Bud (Annette) Newton, Ken (Cathy) Newton, Bill Newton, and Norma (Ed) Felske.
