DOWLESS Jr., Lawrence R. “Larry” – of Davison, age 46, passed away June 11, 2014. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Burial will be in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Monday and 10-11 AM Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to My Brother’s Keeper of Genesee County, 101 N. Grand Traverse St., Flint, MI 48503.
Larry was born in Flint, MI on October 31, 1967, son of Lawrence R. Dowless, Sr. and Jacqueline S. Schmidt.
Larry is survived by children, Stephanie Walker, Tricia Dowless, Tabbitha Dowless, Lawrence R. (Tabbitha) Dowless III, Lance Dowless, Logan Dowless and Jayde Dowless; stepdaughter, Issy Titmus; grandkids, Keaton, Christian and Landon; mother, Jackie (Jay) Schmidt; brothers, Luke (Tracy) Dowless and Kevin Schmidt; sisters, Leasha (Adam) Lovern and Kristy (Todd) Swartz; grandmother, Mary Dowless; niece, Alison Dowless; nephews, Jacob Dowless, Cole Lovern, Nick and Tyler Mayer; many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence R. Dowless, Sr.
