CHRISTLE, Rhonda L. - of Mt. Morris, age 57, died Saturday, September 14, 2019. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Rhonda's Life will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019, from 12PM until 3PM at the Gordon R. Bennett VFW Post, 10380 N. Saginaw Rd., in Clio.
Rhonda was born January 20, 1962 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ralph and Eleanor (Balcer) Forsyth. She graduated from Clio High School in 1980 and later went on to earn two bachelor’s degrees. Rhonda married Buddy Christle on November 19, 1990. He preceded her in death August 25, 2006. She was a teacher at Beecher schools for 13 years and enjoyed working at Zehnder’s Splash Village. Rhonda was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Genesee. She loved all animals, spending time outside – camping, hiking, tubing, gardening, and visiting with friends. Above all, Rhonda loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking them to Zehnder’s Splash Village.
Surviving are: Children: Marilyn (Robin), Tony Christle (Chelle), Mandy, and Shannon; Grandchildren: Michael, Kirstin, Temprence, Zaine, Jason, Zaynah, Anthony, Alondra, Aiyhana, and Kataleia; Siblings: Rita, Roxanne, Rose, and Rick; Best friends: Kristy, Kalvin, and Mary; Good friend, Ray A. Claud, Jr.; Loving furry companion, Flip; Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
