SQUIRES, Marianne – of Flint, age 45, passed away August 13, 2015 at MediLodge of Grand Blanc. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 4 PM Monday, August 17, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Fr. Steven Anderson officiating. Visitation will follow the service until 8 PM Monday. Cremation will take place following visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Powers Scholarship Fund.
Marianne was born in Flint, MI on June 17, 1970, daughter of the Alan and Cecilia (Ramos) McDonald. She married Timothy Squires in 1998 in Flint. Marianne enjoyed cooking, gardening, spoiling her kids, crossword puzzles, camping anywhere and dog Cujo. She loved to celebrate all holidays and decorate the house. Marianne was a manager at McDonalds for 25 years.
Marianne is survived by her husband, Tim; children, Kayley Squires and Teagan Squires; sister, Michelle (Gilbert Sr.) McCord; mother, Cecilia McDonald; best friends, Cathy Amore and Lonnie Meader; her beloved dog, Cujo. She was preceded in death by father, Alan.
