David James Turner, age 32, passed away at home on Thursday, November 12, 2015. He was born on February 16, 1983 in Flint, MI to parents Matthew Turner and Deborah (Gillespie) Kelp. David was engaged to be married to Mandy Rae Cramer. David graduated from Flushing High School in 2002. He enjoyed sports, the outdoors, hunting and fishing. His devotion was to his family, friends, and many others. We have all been blessed to have had him in our lives. David will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Debbie Kelp; father, Matt (Amy) Turner; fiancée, Mandy Cramer; grandmother, Carolyn Turner; sister, Samantha Turner; brother, Patrick Turner; aunts: Brenda Johnson, Teresa (Jeff) Conquest, Donna (Ed) Elkins, Elizabeth (Scott) Cottrill, Laurie (Gene) Skonecki; uncles, Bill (Sue)Turner, Mike (Maria) Turner; several special cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas A. Turner; grandparents: Shirley A. Kennedy, R. Martin Gillespie, and William F. Turner. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the funeral home from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A second visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, and again on Thursday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10am. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
