Mr. Curtis Lee Thomas Departed this life on Sunday February 3, 2013 at the age of 27 years old.
Curtis was born on March 14, 1985 to his parents LaShawn Thomas and Kenyatta Fields. He was a very outgoing and friendly child. He always had a smile on his face and was a loving big brother to his younger brothers and sisters.
Curtis attended Flint Community Schools. He enjoyed listening to music and rap as well as playing cards and dominos. His greatest accomplishment was being a father. His family and his children meant the world to him. Curtis often found peace while driving in the rain. “Cutty Mac” will be truly missed.
He leaves to cherish sweet memories: 5 Children: Cortez Lucas of Detroit, Michigan , Kenyetta Thomas-Henry, Kimora Anderson, Damoni Thomas, and Laraya Person all of Flint, Michigan. Mother, LaShawn Thomas of Flint, Michigan, Father Kenyatta Fields Sr. of Greenville, TN, Sisters; Erica Butler, Jencie Roquemore, LaShawn Mance all of Flint, Michigan. Brothers; James Roquemore III of Flint, Mi. and Kenyatta Fields Jr. of Greenville, TN. Grandmothers: Jacqueline Thomas of Flint, Michigan and Linda Fields of Greenville, TN. God Mother Denise Brock of Flint, Michigan, Best Friend Chris Pearson of Flint, Michigan. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and host of other family and friends. Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his great grandmothers Invez Vale Thomas and Barbara Fields, Great Grandfather Clarence Spurlark, and Great Uncle Earl G. Thomas Sr.
