HALEY, Claudia Anne – of Flint, MI, age 66, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
Claudia was born in Flint, MI on November 23, 1957 daughter of late John Joseph, Jr. and Barbara (Halloran) Haley. She was a graduate of Flint Holy Rosary Catholic High School Class of 1976. Claudia's journey began at Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, MI, where her passion for art and creativity flourished. She further honed her talents at Eastern Michigan University, becoming a skilled graphic designer and adept in computer technology. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Claudia found joy in cultivating gardens that bloomed with color and creativity, reflecting her love for nature. She poured her heart into arts and crafts, creating pieces that inspired and delighted those around her. Traveling was another cherished pursuit, enriching her life with new experiences and perspectives. Claudia leaves behind a legacy of creativity and kindness that will be remembered fondly by her family, friends, and community. Her spirit lives on in the beauty she created and the lives she touched.
Claudia is survived by her brother, Michael (Lynnette) Haley; uncle, Jerome (Elaine) Haley; cousins, Schlager, Shaheen, Haley and Halloran families; nephews, Shane and Hunter Haley; niece, Hanna Haley; step-nephews, Jordan Gerwolds and Greg (Shawna) Gerwolds and families. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, John Joseph, Jr. and Barbara Haley; sister, Blanche (Haley) Papke and brother, John Joseph Haley, III.
