CAMPBELL, Irene M. (Felisky) -- Age 86, of Swartz Creek, died May 25, 2012 at McLaren-Flint. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, May 30 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek, Fr. Steve Mattson celebrant. Interment will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. Visitation will be held at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek 2-4 and 6-9 PM Tuesday with a 7 PM Rosary, and 10 AM until time of mass at the church on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Irene was born April 4, 1926 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, the daughter of George and Anna (Hritz) Felisky. She married William John Campbell in in 1949 in Flint; he preceded her in death April 9, 1993. Irene was a member of St Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. She enjoyed being at Higgins Lake with her family and family trips, and Bunko. Surviving are: three children, Monica and husband Robert Olivo of Swartz Creek, David and wife Linda Campbell of Lennon, William John Campbell Jr. of Lennon: six grandchildren, Heather and husband Bill Johnstone, Melissa Olivo and Wayne, Robert Edward Olivo, Nicole and husband Jeremiah Sevrey, Nicholas Campbell, and Taylor Campbell; two great-grandchildren, Charles and Henry Johnstone; sister Betty Mahoney; brother Donald and wife Sara Felisky; sisters-in-law, Marlene Campbell, Marion Campbell, Rosalie Felisky and Kate Campbell; also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers; William, George, James,Charles, and John Felisky; and sister Mildred Bedore.
