Chase William VanWagner, age 41, went home unexpectedly on May 16, 2024 due to a pulmonary embolism in Fargo, ND.
Chase was born on November 17, 1982 to William and Janice (Coy) Van Wagner in Flint, Michigan. He grew up in New Lothrop, MI and was a 2001 graduate of New Lothrop High School.
Chase married Madeline Long on May 13, 2016. He was a truck driver, most recently for Sysco. He enjoyed all of Michigan Sports and was a big U of M fan. He cherished his family and loved family get-togethers. Chase enjoyed golfing with his dad.
Chase is survived by his wife, his parents; sons, Aiden (West Jefferson, Ohio) twin sons, Atticus and Asher, and daughter, Luna; sisters, Alicia (Chris) Faille of Traverse City, Jessica (George) Anderson of Chesaning; nieces and nephews, Gavin (Sym) Anderson, Andrew (Javier) VanWagner, Quintin Newman, Samatha Faille, and Brady Faille; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Uncle Robert VanWagner, and Aunt Michelle “Mickey” Carnell.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. |
