BANK, Timothy M. - Of Roscommon, Michigan, age 70, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at his seasonal home in Florida.
A memorial service will be held 12 Noon Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Visitation 11am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Private inurnment at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tim's grandchildren, Rossalyn, Levi and Asher.
Timothy was born in Saginaw, Michigan on August 22, 1949, the son of Robert and Lois (Seder) Bank. He was previously married to Ruth Hartel and then Rita Hershburger. Timothy served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, in the 101st Army Airborne Rangers. He was a member of the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association, Moose Lodge, Eagles, VFW and a Vietnam Veteran. He loved fishing, boating, hunting deer and football. Timothy was employed by GM Buick Motor Division and was a member of and was an elected Committee Man of UAW Local #599.
Surviving are 3 children, Katherine (Ross) Pitcole; granddaughter, Rossalyn of Fenton;
Christine Bank of Phoenix, AZ and Tim (Andrea) Bank; grandsons, Levi and Asher of Walled Lake;
3 siblings, Robert Bank, Connie Stewart and Sally (Don) Lough;
brother-in-law, Bernie Kohlberg;
and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Kohlberg and brother-in-law, Bill Stewart.
