June Estelle Dean, age 96 of Flint, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020. She was born on June 4, 1924 in Ferndale, Michigan to Earl and Alberta Glenn. June was a life-long resident of Flint and graduated from Flint Central High School in 1942. She was married to her husband, Keith Dean for 25 years. June loved to make arts and crafts for her grandchildren. She was a member of Shawn Baptist Church in Burton, serving as a past treasurer for the church. June also loved animals, especially her kitties.
June is survived by her daughter, Linda (Don) Telles of Lansing, Michigan; son, Don Dean of Alger, Michigan; sister, Mary Mosher; nephews, Brian and David Mosher; nieces, Susan Beach and Karen Airgood; and by many other nieces and nephews. She is also survived by very many grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Keith Dean; sons, Michael Clark, Dennis Dean, Michael Dean and his wife Jan Dean. Also her brother-in-law, Don Mosher.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, Michigan, from 4PM to 8PM. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home at 11AM with an hour of visitation prior, beginning at 10AM. Interment will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Flint.
