PENNINGTON, Danielle – Of , Murfreesboro, TN, formerly of Burton, age 78, passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at NHC HealthCare.
Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Rd., Flint, Pastor Max Hayden officiating.
Entombment at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint.
Visitation will be held on Friday, from 5 – 8 pm and on Saturday, from 11 am until service.
Danielle was born on April 14, 1936 in Limoges, France, daughter of the late August and Therese Voisin. At the age of 24, she married and moved to Michigan, residing in Burton for over 35 years. Danielle loved to paint, garden, travel, and spend time with her family and many close friends.
She is survived by son, John (Michelle) Pennington; one brother; two sisters; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jean and Gilbert Voisin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Danielle’s memory to the Genesee County Humane Society or to the National Parkinson Foundation.
