FRANKLIN, Laurie J. - Of Flint, age 61, died Thursday, March 21, 2019 at her residence.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
Laurie was born in Flint on July 15, 1957, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Laverne J. (Osborne) Harvey. She was a Registered Nurse for many firms and across many fields. Laurie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Surviving are children, Jennifer (Kevin) Muma, Michael A. Franklin II;
grandchildren, Eyan Clark, Kierstyn Muma;
siblings, Bert (Othie) Holt;
and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Laverne, sister, Robin Mishler and aunt and uncle, Jean and Leonard Pickelmann.
