PALMER, Marilyn – Of Clio, age 88, died Thursday, June 13, 2019 at MediLodge of Montrose.
A private family service will be held.
Entombment at Crestwood Cemetery.
Marilyn was born in Norway, Michigan on August 8, 1930, the daughter of the late Wilfred and Anna (Rehn) Hooper. After retirement Marilyn and Floyd resided in Punta Gorda, Florida for 20 years before moving to Clio. On May 6, 1950 Marilyn married Floyd Palmer in Flint.
Surviving are son, Craig and wife Madeline of Clio;
grandsons, Todd and friend Pam of Clio, Kevin and wife Jinny of Lapeer;
great-grandchildren, Rylan, Aiden, Ayla and Astin;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd, on August 3, 2012, parents, brothers, Will, Orlan, Raymond, Marvin, Tom and Jim and sister, Janet.
