DeMarr, Lois V. - age 90, passed away on October 31, 2015 in Grayling, Michigan. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 3 PM Friday, November 6, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison with family accepting visitors from 2 PM until time of service on Friday.
She was born June 10, 1925 to the late Clyde and June Rollins in Aurora, Illinois. She was joined in marriage to Harold DeMarr in Muskegon, Michigan on August 16, 1947. Lois was active in her communities of Muskegon and later, Davison, Michigan. Lois was co-owner of DeMarr’s Bargain Outlet in Muskegon and later was employed at Williams Gun Sight, then retiring from Davison Community Schools. She later assisted at Dutchman’s Deli for several years.
Lois is survived by three children; Lynn (Gary) McConnell of Grayling, David (Louise Strom) of Clio, and Jack (Sally) of Grand Haven. Grandchildren; Chad Porritt, Stacy (Jay) Rouke, Kelly Christenson, Alex (Lauren) Christenson, Molly DeMarr and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Harold.
