MONETTE, Jenifer Diane - Of Birch Run, age 70, died Saturday, November 16, 2019 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation 2-9pm Thursday and 12Noon Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Jenifer was born in Thomaston, Georgia on June 21, 1949, the daughter of the late Cecil and Georgia (Taunton)(Bruzewski) Bell. Jenifer graduated from Mott Community College in 1982. She was an RN for 30 years and was employed with FOH, Dr. Weiner and Genesys Home Health and Hospice. She was a Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader. Jenifer loved traveling, gardening, craft shows, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of a prayer group with friends from FOH, who travelled together “misadventures”. She was also an avid animal lover with Granddogs.
Surviving are husband, Ronald Monette;
Children, Shaun (Ann Marie) Monette, Matt Monette, Katrina (Ken) Campbell, Denise (Tom) Russell, and Ron Monette, Jr.;
Sisters, Amy (Jason) Burke and Teresa (Bob) Wilson;
Grandchildren, Hayley (Rob) Rousseau, Tristan Campbell, Kennedy Campbell, Bella Campbell, Justyne Campbell, Sophia Monette, Chance Monette, Kaylyn LeVoir, Michael (Briana) LeVoir, Josh (Chelsea) LeVoir;
Great-grandchildren, Shawn Rousseau and Kenleigh Rousseau;
Many special friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Autumn Monette, grandson, Brayden Monette, siblings, Al Terry (Bubba) Bell, Cecil Cleveland Bell Jr., Nancy Ann Perry, and special grandparents, Daddy Al and Mama Ruby Wells.
