JORDAN, Theodore Jr. - Age 81, of Grand Blanc, died Saturday, October 15, 2016. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, October 22 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 1-7 PM Friday, and 9-10 AM Saturday.
Theodore was born December 11, 1934 in Nashville, Arkansas, the son of Theodore and Fairetta (Calhoun) Jordan. He married Jerry Walton on March 6, 1955 in Arkansas. He retired in 1990 from General Motors Chevrolet Manufacturing with 35 years of service and was a member of UAW Local 659. He was a former member of the Family Worship Church.
Theodore is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jerry; five children, Kenneth (Brenda) of Flint, Theodore III of Grand Blanc, Aldean of Flint, Mikki of New Orleans, LA, Demitri Sr. (Asuka) of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Jwan, Crystal (Adam) Barry, Demitrius, Marina, Dawn, Demitri Jr., River; great-grandchild, Destiny; sisters-in-law, Barbara Walton, Linda Ireland; brothers-in-law, David Walton, Henry Walton; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruth, Magalene and Kathleen; brother, Jethro.
