MOORE, Walter W. – Of Flint, age 93, died Saturday, July 4, 2020 at McLaren-Flint.
Per Walt's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service held.
Burial will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
Those desiring may make contributions to the Old News Boys.
Walter was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on November 20, 1926.
He was a Veteran of World War II.
On May 17, 1948 he married Patricia J. Andrews and they were married 68 years. She preceded him in death on September 17, 2016.
Walt enjoyed cars, motorcycles, planes, golfing, traveling, reading and History (that he loved).
Walt retired from General Motors Fisher Body Division on October 12, 1978.
Surviving are sister, Doris Hall of Florida;
brother, Jerry (Yvonne) Moore of California and many other extended family members.
He was preceded in death by sisters and brothers, Lucille, Nancy, John, Steward and Naomi.
