JUSTICE, Herbert – Of Burton, age 70, passed peacefully Saturday, April 14, 2018 at his residence, with family by his side.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Bruce Garner officiating.
Graveside service will be held at Flint Memorial Park following the funeral service and then a luncheon at Faith Tabernacle.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Herbert was born in Pike County, Kentucky on September 20, 1947, the son of Cleman and Virginia (Stiltner) Justice.
On July 15, 1967 he married Thelma Pruitt.
Surviving are children, Jeff (Kristie) Justice and
Dawn (C.J.) Sizemore;
Grandchildren, Samantha Dillon, Jackson Sizemore,
Lynette Justice, Ashley (Cory) Dial, Jessica Sizemore and (fiance’ Chris);
Great-grandchild, Haileigh Dial;
special Grandson Furbabies, George and Zeke.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Justice.
