HAGGARD, Daniel Lee – of Flint, age 66, died Sunday, June 23, 2019 at McLaren-Flint Healthcare. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Faith Tabernacle Church at 1225 Center Road, Burton, Michigan. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 PM until time of service at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to Faithway Christian Academy.
Daniel was born August 9, 1952 in Flint, Michigan to the late Robert and Louise (Mathis) Haggard. He grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Ainsworth High School with the class of 1970. On March 19, 2008 he married Linda Keys in Flint, Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 2007, Daniel worked for GM at the Truck and Bus Plant as a repairman with 45 years of service. Daniel enjoyed traveling, cruises, college football, and exploring caves. He also loved to remodel homes and go scuba diving with his son.
Surviving are: Wife, Linda; Children, Jeff (Melody) Haggard, Amber Randall, Sherry (Todd) Patterson, Jerry Healy, John (Sheila) Healy, Christine (Duane) Lantzer, Heather (Bill) Maranzano; 19 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Bob (Laura) Haggard.
