LADD, Amber E. – Of Flint, age 91, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Steven Close and Reverend Julia Close co-officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Amber was born in Flushing, Michigan on October 9, 1925, daughter of the late Otto and Myrtle Borden and was a resident of the Flint area all of her life.
She was a member of West Flint Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are son, Craig (Cheryl);
daughter, Janice;
5 grandchildren, Shawn (Jennifer) Ladd, Nicole Ladd, Jill (Jeff) Kenel, Jackie (Pat) Schultz and Jason Teed;
7 great-grandchildren, Paige, Tyler, Shayne, Brenden, Amelia, Jacob and Violet;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil; two brothers and two sisters.
