Torrey, Beulah M. - of Burton, age 65, passed away peacefully Friday, January 7, 2025, at Maple Woods Manor. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Beulah's life will be held at 3PM, Monday, March 3, 2025, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 11AM until the time of service.
Beulah was born June 12, 1959, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Gerald and Margret (Litt) Kingsbury. She graduated from Atherton High School and dedicated her life to being a devoted homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming environment for her family. Beulah’s greatest treasure was her family, and she cherished every moment spent with them. A well-known bingo player, she had a playful competitive streak and often engaged in hearty laughter with friends and loved ones. Her time spent in Spring Hill, Florida, brought her great joy, as she embraced life fully and made lasting memories there. Beulah brightened the lives of those around her with her feisty spirit and loving nature.
Surviving are: Children: Gary (Rose) Wood, Brandy (Brett) Walker, Scott Torrey, Christina (Corey) Raines, and John Torrey; She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; many brothers and sisters. She is preceded in passing by her parents; Gerald and Margret Kingsbury; Husband, Gary W. Torrey “Magic Man”; and some brothers and sisters. |
