JUILLET, Edward A. – of Mt. Morris, age 69, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio with military honors. Rev. Carl Petty officiating. Cremation to follow. Inurnment will take place in Flint Memorial Park at a later date. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 1-8PM and Tuesday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM.
Edward was born February 8, 1946 in Flint, Michigan to the late Frederick David and Mildred Pauline (Gardner) Juillet. He graduated from Kearsley High School in 1966. Edward married Nancy Gail Becker on May 12, 1972 in Mt. Morris. He was a member of Central Baptist Church where he enjoyed puppet ministry. Mr. Juillet is a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He was employed with Genesys Regional Medical Center for 38 years before retiring in 2008. Edward was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Chapter #175 and the Clio American Legion Post #158. He enjoyed collecting puppets and volunteering at Crossroads Village.
Surviving are: Wife, Nancy Juillet of Mt. Morris; Children: David (Amie) Juillet of Genesee, Sharlene (Jim) Hill of Washington State, Richard Perkins of Flint and Dawn Perkins of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren: Eric, Grace, Johnathan, Miranda, Michael, Jamie, Shawn, Nicholas, Anthony and Alexzander; 5 great-grandchildren: Hayden, Madalyn, Lucian, Liam and Gabriel; Brother, Frederick “Jim” Juillett of Birch Run.
