Ali, Khalid Ejaaz – of Burt, Michigan, age 66, died Sunday, July 15, 2019 at his home. Prayer Service will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
Khalid was born February 20, 1953 in the Fiji Islands to the late Mumtaz and Zebunnisa (Khan) Ali. He grew up in the Fiji Islands and then moved to California. He graduated from Saleno High School with the class of 1972. Khalid served his country in the US Air Force from 1972 to 1992. He then worked for GM at the Truck and Bus plant for 19 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and camping. He also loved to spend time with his family, grandchildren, and his rottweiler’s.
Surviving are: Wife, Nora: Children, Khalid (Charlene) Ali, Dennis (Connie) Sheppard; Grandchildren, Daniel Ali, Jarod Ali, Jaden Kutzman, Rylee Kutzman, Justin Sheppard, Ian Sheppard, Danica Nesbit; Siblings, Khursheed Khan, Yasmin Carlson.
