WATKINS, Edith M. – Of Flint, age 57, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 at McLaren-Flint.
Visitation 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, where the service will be held at 6 p.m., Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Those desiring may make contributions to the family.
Edith was born in Flint, Michigan on June 6, 1956 and was a resident of Flint all of her life.
Surviving are children, Jay Reese and wife Annie,
Amy Reese and husband Gilbert Buzzard;
six grandchildren, Tucker, Mystic, Cerann, Alyessa, Jackson and Cooper;
one great-grandson, Quinten;
her mother, Rose Taylor;
sister, Linda Proffer and husband Roger;
nieces and nephews, Rachel, Lonnie and Paul.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Reese and her father, Gordon Taylor.
