LEWIS-PHILLIPS-CLARK-GAUT, Eva N. - Of Flint, age 91, died Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Grand Blanc Rehab & Nursing Center. Funeral service will be held 1p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Johnny and Dot Dawson officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Those desiring may make contributions to Genesys Hospice or Grand Blanc Rehab. Visitation 1-8p.m. Wednesday and 12 noon Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Eva was born in Kennett, Missouri on January 18, 1920, daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Pruitt) Phillips. She loved quilting and was a member of Deliverance Tabernacle. Surviving are children, Jimmie Clark, Connie and husband Don Smith;
9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren;
Sisters, Beatrice Byce, Virginia and husband Leo Cassady, Lillian Kimberlin and Anne Lucille Morgan; Many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Kenneth Clark and sister Nora Sanborn. Your condolences may be shared with the family at swartzfuneralhomeinc.com
