BERRY, Betty Jo - Of Flint Township, age 81, died Sunday, June 5, 2016 at McLaren-Select Specialty Hospital with her family by her side.
Visitation 3-8pm Monday and 11am Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Reverend Dr. Mary Lloyd officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Betty Jo enjoyed antiquing, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are children, Michael Berry of Flint, Susan (Dewey) Jones of Flint, and Rebecca (Joseph) Lucas of Grand Rapids, MI;
grandchildren, Ashlee (Nate) Wonnacott, Ryan (Ashley) Jones, Christopher Berry, Katee (Jonathan) Cole, Justin (Carrie) Berry and Jacquie, Nate and Nolan Lucas;
5 great-grandchildren;
and brother, Tom Martin of Canon City, CO.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, James C. Berry in 2010 and her son, James D. Berry “Doug” in 2002.
