Sylvia "Pert" Teague passed away on October 10, 2016 at Stonegate Health Campus. Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 11:00AM with visitation starting at 10AM at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, Otisville. Pert was 84 years old. She enjoyed knitting dishcloths, going on casino trips, playing cards, and watching sporting events. She worked for Dr. Paul Schroeder for over 30 years. Husband, Melvin E. Teague preceded her in death in 1998; 2 brothers; and one sister. She is survived by her brother, Dick Shade and wife, Beatie; brother-in-law, Russ Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, consider donating to Otisville United Methodist Church or Otisville Area Historical Association. The family wants to thank her special caregivers at Stonegate and dear friend, Jean Natzke. |
