MADDEN, Dennis – of Otisville, age 79, passed away on September 24, 2024. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will receive visitors from 4 PM to 7 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
Dennis was born in Flint, Michigan on April 19, 1945, son of Roy and Norma (Steiner) Madden. He married Gladys Kay Snodgrass on August 7, 1965 in Flint, Michigan. He retired from Buick Motor Division, Salaried Payroll, and enjoyed golfing, cooking, watching sports and spending time with his family. He lived his life for his girls, and when he passed the world lost one of the truly good guys.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Gladys Kay; daughter, Karen Schultheis (Michael); brother, Gary Madden (Leslie); sister, Connie Mark (Rick); sister-in-law, Leslie Snodgrass (Steve); grandsons, Skyler, Trevor, Brendan and Justin; and great-grandchildren Margot, Jaxon, Ivan and Nathaniel and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy; and daughter, Denise.
