KEEN, Opal - of Davison, MI, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. A Funeral Service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 E. Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423. Interment Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 2-7 PM Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of one’s choice.
Opal was born in Missouri. She married Leroy Keen in Arkansas and they were married for 60 years. Opal was employed with AC Spark Plug for 26 years and was a member of UAW Local #651.
Mrs. Keen is survived by 3 daughters, Jean, Diane (Chuck) and Karen (Al); 2 grandchildren, Deana and Christopher (JoAnn); 4 great-grandchildren, Leigh, Andrew, Brendan and Roisin; brother, Vernon (Bonnie); sister-in-law, Millie (Bill); many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy; brother, Raymond; sister, Lottie; 4 brothers-in-law, Bill, Lester, Joe and Leonard; 4 sisters-in-law, Frances, Tiny, Pat and Erma.
